Flexible Ordering Details 
As part of our commitment to creating a simple, easy, and fun experience for our Representatives, we are eliminating mail plans and rolling out Flexible Ordering nationally in Campaign 9. As you may know, in 2016 we piloted this Flexible Ordering program and then rolled it out to our Southeast Representatives as part of the second phase of this pilot in October of last year.

We received such positive responses from participants and more and more interest for this program from Representatives in the Northeast, Northwest, and Southwest so soon all Representatives will have the flexibility to order whenever they want within the two-week campaign window—this means no more late fees, no add on fees, and all Representatives will now have an equal opportunity to order within a campaign. That's right, regardless of when the order is placed whether inside or outside of the campaign window, no late fee will be incurred.  A shipping fee will be charged for each order, but the late fee will never be charged.

 

Avon Representative Schedule and Shipping

When we transition to flexible ordering in campaign 9 (2018), all of our online stores will be on the same selling schedule. Your online store will update to the next campaign one day prior to Campaign Opens and Closes dates above. The order typically ships the following business day when placed within the campaign ordering time frame. Ex: Active campaign 9 dates for our customer website will be 4/3 – 4/16.

We want to make you aware of a very exciting update that was announced at Avon’s 2018 Leadership Kickoff meeting in San Diego, California. As part of our commitment to enhancing your experience with us and helping you provide better service to your customers, we’re replacing the current ordering schedule known as your “Mail Plan” with a new program called Flexible Ordering that will roll out nationally in Campaign 9.

As you may know, in 2016 we piloted this Flexible Ordering program and then rolled it out to our Southeast Representatives as part of the second phase of this pilot in October of last year. We received such positive response from participants and more and more interest for this program from Representatives in the Northeast, Northwest, and Southwest Regions that we are launching it nationally.

Starting in Campaign 9, all Representatives will now have the flexibility to order whenever you want within the two-week campaign window—this means no more late fees! Flexible Ordering also means:
• Freedom to work your business on your schedule
• Happier customers with faster service
• Easier recruiting with a simple story about how our business works
• Making it easier to build your business, grow your team, and make more money

All the details about Flexible Ordering will be explained to you in a three-part webinar series beginning on Wednesday, February 7 in English and Thursday, February 8 in Spanish. Each Avon Representative is assigned an RPS (Representative Processing Schedule) number according to their shipping zip code. The order is due by 11:59 PM on that day. Orders are placed online by the Avon Representative using the free business tools provided by Avon. Orders can be placed by customers anytime on the Avon Representative's free website provided by Avon. Online orders are shipped and delivered directly to the customer's house. My free Avon website is http://signup.avonrepresentative.com, my RPS number is 4. That means I order every other Monday shown on the chart. These are also called campaign selling calendars and can be found on youravon.com/campaigncentral.

About me, I started selling as an Avon Representative in Taylor Michigan in June 2012 with the hopes that I could eventually turn my Avon Business into a full-time career. At the time I signed up to become an Avon Representative I was going to cosmetology school part-time and working as a Quality Manager full-time at a privately owned stamping facility. With a license in cosmetology and 30 years experience in quality management, I was confident I could build a successful Avon business. Of all the direct selling companies, Avon was the only company I enjoyed being a part of. Within my first year, I sold at the President's Club level reaching more than $10,000 in sales. In the following years, I sold as much as $20,000 in annual sales reaching Honor Society. Following, I started the Leadership Program reaching a high of Gold Ambassador December 2015.

Over the last year, I have struggled to find the balance between my full-time job and the start of my Avon business. I made a lot of beginner's mistakes and learned from every one. Today my focus is creating an online presence and reaching as many people I can. Every business has its ups and downs. But with perseverance, I still believe.
